Contact details, company information, project parameters and uploaded technical files are used for engineering and commercial review. Do not upload personal or confidential information that is not needed for the inquiry.
Inquiry delivery
Online inquiries are processed through Cloudflare Pages and sent to Tianyu Electric using Resend. Contact details, project parameters and the selected attachment are included in the email. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions to reduce automated spam. If the online service is unavailable, you can email Tianyu Electric directly.
Document handling
Technical documents may be shared with relevant engineering, quality and commercial personnel for the purpose of responding to the project request.
Your request
You may ask the receiving business contact to correct or remove inquiry information when applicable.
